Fi-Foil insulation installed on exterior walls. Drywall hung, mudded and sanded. Interior painted throughout. Floor and wall tiles set with precision leveling. Kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops and appliances installed.
Exterior Finish
Wire lath applied to block walls, followed by two-coat stucco and exterior paint. Septic system and drain field installed. Site graded, driveway poured and garage door installed.
Final Details & Delivery
Interior fixtures and appliances finalized. Sod installed across the entire yard. Landscaping trees and mulch beds placed. Home cleaned and prepped for Certificate of Occupancy.
